Starting his career as an engineer, Phil developed a deep understanding of technical operations before transitioning into senior management roles across global manufacturing firms. He has led teams, managed complex supply chains, and driven product innovation in the UK, China, Australia, and New Zealand.
Phil's strong background in sales and business development, highlighted by his tenure with companies like DMGMORI and his leadership across Asia-Pacific operations, has equipped him with the expertise and network to deliver quality tooling solutions on a global scale.
